Session 26 - 'Küchen'

23/7/2022

Most kitchens have cupboards with shelves and drawers, bench tops, splashbacks, sinks, tap ware and electric or gas cook tops, electric oven, exhaust fan, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a microwave cooker. They come in a variety of colours, at present white is popular. Usually a pantry is attached to the kitchen. In the shelves and drawers, the pots, pans and crockery are kept and in special drawers the cutlery is kept. Bench tops can be laminate, timber, engineered stone or stainless steel bench tops. Splashbacks can be tiles, glass, stainless steel, paint or timber. Most sinks are double or single stainless steel sinks. There is a great variation of taps, double ones for hot and cold water and single ones who release hot or cold water with a right or left turn.  The electric cook top can be an induction cook top. Gas cook tops are popular. Dishwashers save a lot of unpopular work. A fridge freezer is either single or double door.
