A Trip  to Germany

A trip requires planning. The passport must be valid for at least six months. Is a visa required. No not for Germany. How do I get there? < By plane or by ship? Most people choose to fly. A travel agency can get us a ticket. Different airlines have different prices. It is advisable to pay for travel insurance during the holiday period. Travel insurance helps to solve unexpected problems. You usually have to be at the airfield (airport) two hours before departure. The processing of the ticket, baggage, customs and security control takes time. It also takes a while before all the passengers are seated on the plane. On departure, the on-board staff will show you how to behave in an emergency. The flight usually has to be interrupted in Singapore, Bahrain or Dubai because we then have to change to another plane that flies us either to Frankfurt, Munich or Berlin. The interruption is good because after sitting for a long time you can walk again. Some People stay for a few days and then fly on. After arriving in Germany, you go through passport control and get an arrival stamp in your passport, then your hand luggage is x-rayed and then you can pick up your suitcase at the baggage claim. Now you are free to greet friends or family or to find the booked hotel to catch up on the missed sleep. For the time in Germany you can travel by train, river boat, rental car or best of all with friends or family.
