Exercises for Fun is a relaxed, easy and fun form of interval circuit training suited to older people keen to improve their agility and flexibility. There will be
- Graded exercises beginning with easier ones; with a marching component as well (a video of another group is available for viewing).
- Exercises which encourage arm and hip movement and are loosely based on heart foundation recommended exercises
- Use of music to enhance enjoyment.
- Exercise component followed by a cup of tea and chance to connect with others.
