We are all familiarising ourselves with the routine and experiencing the benefits of the Morning exercise, and as each week concludes, we can notice the improvement to our fitness.
We have now introduced a very important segment “Cooling down with Carolyn” which includes exercises that help us to relax as we finish our routine.
Our friendly and fun environment finishes with a cuppa and a chat.
It would be so helpful if everyone could remember to wear name tags, as many of us are new to each other.
