"I led today's relaxed Bushwalking Club's mid-week outing, which included the two main Ovens River walks in Bright: Canyon and Cherry Walks, totalling 8kms. Our group of nine enjoyed the company of fellow walkers, the mild weather, the beauty of The Ovens and its adjacent bushland. A popular holiday destination, Bright was filled with families, quite a few of them on bikes. Naturally, I made time for a lunchtime visit to nearby coffee shops." Bev Thornell |
