John presented a session of favourites, as follows:

2. John Ireland (1879-1962) Piano Concerto in E Flat, Pianist John Lenehan,
3. Ravel – Bolero.
4. Debussy – Claire de Lune
5. Tchaikovsky – The 1812 Overture
6. John Ireland – Three Dances
7. Mozart – Landate Dominium

John presented a group of Scandinavian composers:

1. Friedrich Kuhlau (1786-1832) Born in Germany, settled in Denmark. The Flute Quartet No 2
2. Johan Svendsen (1840-1911) Norwegian composer, conductor and violinist. Romance op 26
3. Johan Halvorsen (1864-1935) Norwegian violinist, conductor and composer. Danses Norvegiennes
4. Christian Sinding (1856-1941) Norwegian composer, Legende.
5. Jean Sibelius, Finish composer.  Violin Concerto.
