Our first meeting in November was interesting, with coin albums, war note collection, a special framed coin and the latest mintage of the A to Z $1 coins dispersed by Australia Post during October.
Our second meeting will be on Wednesday 4th December, 12.15 pm at the U3A room.
For the December meeting I suggest we bring a coin or note which refers to a significant date or event. I have the sets when the decimal currency changeover from notes to coins occurred. Remember it is a lunchtime meeting.
Anyone interested in coins and/or notes is most welcome.
