Each year our 'Tech Savvy Beginners' program has evolved to meet particular needs.
In 2018 our tutor Jenny Sawyer will focus on the beginning iPad user. Jenny is an extremely skilled Apple iPad and also iPhone user!
Jenny has taken on the task of allocating iPads for people who would like to borrow them in 2018. Borrowing an iPad if you already don't have one in conjunction with coming to the beginners class is a wonderful way to develop skills. You will be able to use the U3A WiFi in class - you may need to have WiFi added to your home telephone system to use the internet and practice at home.

"Do you have an Apple iPad and don't know where to start?
We will be holding two sessions per month for Apple iPad beginners keen to develop skills and confidence in using and managing their device for emails, photography, internet searching and more.
Tech Savvy mentors will provide one to one assistance and small group tuition.
You can borrow one of our iPads if you don't have your own."
