U3A Benalla have applied for a Get-On-Line week grant from the Good Things Foundation. These grants are available for partners like U3A Benalla which run the Be Connected programs as part of their digital instruction. Get-On-Line week is in October. U3A Benalla are planning on having an information session on courses available through Be Connected at 11.30am on Wednesday 16 October which will be followed by a free BBQ at 12 noon at the Benalla Seniors and Community Centre. If you know anyone who would benefit from digital instruction, please bring them along.
Lakeside Probus in Benalla have asked me to speak about U3A Benalla on Tuesday 13 August at the Benalla Bowls club. I know there are several members of Lakeside Probus who are already members of U3A. However, I am happy to spread the word about U3A Benalla.
