This post is to advise you of a car parking problem which will particularly affect Enrolment Day next Wednesday 14th January 2026, so that you can park in the suggested area.
Construction work on the new Pump Track in the park near the Benalla Seniors and Community Centre commenced on Tuesday 6th January 2026. The project is expected to be finished by the end of February.
Benalla Rural City Council have constructed temporary fencing around an area which will be used by the construction company to house their site office and equipment.
Unfortunately, the area which is fenced off covers approximately half of the car park behind the Benalla Seniors and Community Centre where many U3A members park their cars.
The Council has suggested that our members use the car park between the Benalla Seniors and Community Centre and the Library.
