I have had a wonderful trip to Melbourne and lunch with great friends I've not seen for a number of years, all because of modern technology catching up on Facebook. You too can do this by joining the Be Connected Program and learning the ins and outs of your device. We have three new iPads to lend out. Try before you buy. We thank Age Friendly Benalla for the iPads.
U3A Benalla on Facebook
The U3A Benalla and District Facebook page is gradually increasing in numbers of followers as members 'take the plunge'. We have now moved from 63 ‘followers' past our target of 70 to 74. Next target - 80! You can preview our page by clicking on FB on the menu above.
If you have a Facebook account, all you need to do is to ‘like’ or ‘follow’ U3A Benalla and District next time you are in Facebook. If you would like to set up a Facebook page come along to Be Connected or Tech Savvy Projects – this could be your project. If you have concerns about FB – our Facebook page complements the newsletter and website rather than replacing them!
