The 2018 Mitchell Oration, it was delivered by Professor Sir Richard Feachem, Director of the Global Health Group at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Institute for Global Health Sciences and Professor of Global Health at both UCSF and the University of California, Berkeley.
