Sharing reminiscences of 'something in my life I am really proud of' and/or 'An Aunt, Uncle or cousin who has a special place in my memory' ... February 24
At our first session on Monday February 24 at 2 pm we will be sharing reminiscences of 500 words or so on 'Something in my life that I am really proud of' and/or 'An Aunt, Uncle or cousin who has a special place in my memory'.
About 'As Time Goes By'
'As Time Goes By' provides an outlet and support for members keen to write about their lives and to tell stories their families may not get around to asking them about.
Writing tasks are reminiscence oriented and set as monthly ‘500 Words’ writing topics.
In addition to being an enjoyable activity, reminiscing is supposed to be good for retaining our linguistic and other skills!
If you would like to write and submit stories on our monthly topics email them to me at email@example.com on or around the 4th Monday of the month or arrange to drop your story in my letterbox!
