As spring unfolds, the U3A students of visual arts with The Broken River Painters are flourishing in their artistic journey. With the year well underway, the group has made significant strides, and new artists are becoming increasingly confident with their chosen mediums and tools. The atmosphere within the group is one of creativity and exploration, as each student discovers their unique style and artistic voice. Facilitators have expressed their admiration for the visible progress, noting the enjoyment and enthusiasm each artist has shown in the studio. Whether working with oils, acrylics, or watercolours, the students are enthusiastically exploring new challenges. The Broken River Painters continue to foster a welcoming and collaborative environment, where assistance is never far away. Peter Thompson
